Garretson Resolution Group builds programs to identify and resolve healthcare liens in settlements involving physical injuries. Our Programs help plaintiffs protect their settlements, maintain their health insurance, and provide financial support to government and commercial health insurance programs.

Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for facilitating the data exchange process between Garretson Resolution Group and private health insurance companies and/or their representatives in order to satisfy healthcare lien obligations. The Data Analyst is technically skilled and is able to analyze large amounts of data. The ideal candidate is diligent, able to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks, and is a strong problem solver.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare data files for submission in accordance with strict formatting and quality standards.
  • Monitor and reconcile inbound data files to ensure requirements of request are met.
  • Perform quality control checks throughout various milestones in the lien resolution process.
  • Follow up with health insurers and recovery agents to secure missing information, resolve issues with the recovery claims, and other key tasks.
  • Identify problem file transfers and work diligently to rectify the issue without delay.
  • Load data input from client into a standard, manageable format for processing.
  • Organize daily workflow to push cases forward through the lien resolution process according to performance benchmarks.
  • Establish clear expectations and productive relationships with health insurers, recovery agents, and Garretson’s Program Teams.
  • Provide Garretson’s Program Teams with effective and timely updates on cases.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong problem solving skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Highly accountable and results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills, written, oral and listening.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must proactively communicate with stakeholders ensuring clear expectations are established with regard to services and performing within those expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
